Brandon E. Shroy has spent more than a decade as a practicing attorney in Central Ohio, focusing primarily on criminal defense and traffic law. After graduating from Capital University Law he accepted a prosecution position at the Columbus City Attorney's Office. Brandon quickly developed a reputation as an aggressive litigator with an ability to expertly apply detailed legal knowledge to his cases with outstanding results.
With experience as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Brandon is adept at perceiving and addressing weaknesses in the prosecution's case, which has proved an invaluable asset in his criminal defense practice.
As a trial attorney, Brandon has been invited to consult with local law enforcement agencies to train officers on the complex issues that arise during hearings and trials. He has trained officers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Columbus Division of Police, Westerville Police Department, Grove City Police Department, Hilliard Police Department, and Worthington Division of Police.
Brandon practices in all central Ohio courts including the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Courts of Common Pleas, Municipal courts and Mayor's courts.

A native of Columbus, Clary's career in the field of criminal law started when she began working as a law clerk for attorney Kevin Durkin in the Southern District Federal Court in 2014, while simultaneously maintaining a position at a prestigious worker's compensation firm in Upper Arlington and finishing her undergraduate degree at Ohio University. She later went on to accept a position as a paralegal for Brian Joslyn of the Joslyn Law Firm and became extremely acquainted with the ins and outs of the court systems in Franklin County and surrounding counties. Clary joined Brandon Shroy's practice in 2017 and continued her diligent effort toward and steadfast dedication to the best outcome for every one of her clients.
