Marysville Municipal Court attorney

The Marysville Municipal Court hears the majority of misdemeanor criminal charges in Union County.

Smaller jurisdictions, including municipalities with a Mayor's Court, may chose not to send misdemeanor cases to the Municipal Court and instead keep the cases to be handled by their own court. You have the right to request a transfer of your case to the Municipal Court.

A case heard in the Marysville Municipal Court begins with a first court date which is noted on your ticket or citation. At this first court date a Defendant enters a "guilty", "not guilty", or "no contest" plea, or requests a continuance if they wish to get more time to retain an attorney.

Cases are overseen by Judge Michael Grigsby

Cases in the Marysville Municipal Court from drug possession to OVI are charges that Attorney Brandon E. Shroy has successfully defended daily for the last 12 years.  Put his expertise to work for you.

Brandon is not only intelligent, but he showed true compassion with the situation I found myself in. He was straightforward with the consequences I was facing and he truly delivered the best result. Any first time offenders should consider hiring Brandon for his knowledge of law when it comes to OVIs.
