Madison County Common Pleas attorney

All adult felonies committed in Madison County are assigned in the Common Pleas Court after an indictment or information is filed. Before indictment, an adult felony may be in the Municipal Court briefly for a bond hearing.

A case in the Madison County Common Pleas Court begins with a first court date, called an arraignment. Depending on the charge, a Defendant will either receive a summons to court or be arrested and transported to court by the county. At this first court date, the Defendant enters a "guilty" or "not guilty" plea.

Cases are overseen by Judge Eamon Costello.

Cases in the Madison County Common Pleas Court from possession of drugs to felonious assault and beyond, are charges that Attorney Brandon E. Shroy has successfully defended for the last 12 years.  Put his expertise to work for you.

He worked my case with complete diligence. Very intelligent with the way he found a solution to my case. I could not believe the impressive way he handled it. He definitely did a good job. No doubt I will request his service again.
